New Delhi: There is a special news for the people who are taking advantage of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Actually the government has made many changes in PM Kisan Yojana. For example, if you are taking wrongful payments or are included in the list of fraudulent payment takers, you will have to refund all the installments received so far.
So far 10 installments have come under PM Kisan Yojana. At the same time, now all the beneficiaries are waiting for the 11th installment. But now it has been made mandatory to have many documents to take advantage of the 11th installment. Just like a few days back, it has been made mandatory for the beneficiaries to do e-KYC. However, there are still questions in the minds of people regarding this scheme.
The government itself has given the answer to this question on its PM Kisan portal. According to the rules of this scheme, the farm should be in the name of both husband and wife, but if they live together and the children in the family are minor then the benefit of this scheme will be given to only one person. If both husband and wife have registered themselves on the portal then the application of one will be cancelled. Along with this, if both are getting the benefit of this scheme, then later the government can also recover the amount given to one. Now the government has started cracking down on such fake farmers and is also sending notices.
Eligibility of PM Kisan Scheme:
Poor and marginal farmers get the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Beneficiary farmers should not have more than 2 hectares of land. Along with this, the farmer should not be a beneficiary of any government pension scheme. Along with this, the person does not file income tax return.
If you are taking advantage of this scheme in a fraudulent way, then the government has given a facility on PM Kisan Portal through which you can return the amount.
How to refund money online:
1.For this, first you have to go to the portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
2.Here you will see the option of ‘Refund Online’ on the right side, on which you have to click.
3.Now two options will open in front of you.
4.First option- If you have returned the money of PM Kisan, then check the first and click on the submit button.
5.Now enter your Aadhar Number, Mobile Number or Bank Account Number.
6.Then type the image text and click on Get Data.
7.In this, if you are eligible then a message of ‘You are not eligible for any refund amount’ will come, otherwise the refunded amount will show.
