માનવ કલ્યાણ યોજના
Manav Kalyan Yojana 2021 (માનવ કલ્યાણ યોજના): The Commissioner of Gujarat State, Cottage and Village Industries Department aims to make the artisans self-reliant through handicrafts, handlooms, cottage and village industries in the hinterland villages. There are various schemes for this. Such as Shri Vajpayee Bankable Scheme, Jyoti Gramodyog Vikas Yojana, Dattopant Thengadi Artisan Interest Assistance Scheme, Handicraft Schemes and Manav Kalyan Yojana.
Information About Manav Kalyan Yojana
The scheme is run by the Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries. Through which additional tools and equipment are provided to the economically backward class to generate income, business and self-employment. This scheme was started from the year 11/09/1995 instead of self-employment scheme. The scheme was designed to improve the economic status of individuals and artisans living below the poverty line (BPL).

In a total of 28 types of trades, Manav kalyan yojana has provided the necessary tools to do small business.
Eligibility
- Beneficiaries between the ages of 16 and 60 are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
- It is mandatory for the beneficiaries in rural areas to include the Poverty Line List (BPL) published by the District Rural Development Department. These beneficiaries do not have to submit an income sample.
- The annual income of the beneficiary’s family is Rs. 1,20,000 / – (one lakh twenty thousand) and Rs. 1,50,000 / – (one and a half lakh). The income sample in this regard should be submitted by the Taluka Mamlatdar or Nagarpalika Chief Officer or the authorized officer of the Municipal Corporation in the metropolis.
Required Documents in Manav Kalyan Yojana
To avail the benefit of Manav Kalyan Yojana one has to apply in the prescribed form. Necessary documents should be provided along with the application form. Which will be as follows.
- Passport size photo
- Copy of first page and second page of ration card (which should include the name of the beneficiary).
- Proof of age
- Caste Specimen (Official Approved by Government)
- Example of rural area with BPL score / Copy of gold card for urban area
- Sample of income (before the officer)
- Example of business experience
- Copy of Election Identity Card
- Copy of Aadhaar card

Note:
- Divet making (Trade No-24) toolkits of Rs. Should be given only to the sisters of Sakhi Mandal. For which the Director, District Rural Development Agency will have to select the beneficiaries. And that list has to be provided to the District Industry Center.
- Paper cups and dish making (Trade No-26) toolkits should be given only to Sakhi Mandal. The list of beneficiaries should be selected and provided to the District Industries Center by the Director, District Rural Development Agency.
