આદિજાતિ નિગમ ગુજરાત દ્વારા ઘણી બધી લોન યોજનાઓ ચલાવવામાં આવે છે. જેમ કે ખેડૂતો માટે ટ્રેકટર સહાય યોજના, બ્યુટી પાર્લર લોન યોજના, વિદેશ જવા લોન યોજના વગેરે યોજનાઓ ચાલે છે. આજે અમે ખેડુતોની એક યોજના લઈને આવ્યા છે. જે ખેડૂતોને ભેંસો કે ગાયો માટે લોન જોઈએ છે તો આ પોસ્ટ ફ્કત એના માટે જ છે. આ યોજના અંતર્ગત ખેડૂતને મોટી રકમ સરકાર દ્વારા મળે છે. જેનો ઉપયોગ કરી તબેલો બનાવી શકાય છે.

યોજનામાં મળવાપાત્ર સહાય

લાભાર્થીને રૂપિયા 4 લાખ નું ધિરાણ મળશે.
લાભાર્થીઓએ આ ધિરાણ મેળવવા કુલ ધિરાણના 10% પ્રમાણે ફાળો ભરવાનો રહેશે.
આ ધિરાણ વાર્ષિક 4 ટકાના દરે ભરવાનું હોય છે. જે Tabela Loan Subsidy બરાબર છે.

લોન પરત કરવાનો સમય

તબેલા માટેની લોન હેઠળ જો લોન પરત ચૂકવવામાં વિલંબિત થશે તો 2% દંડનીય રહેશે.
આ લોનની પરત ચુકવણી 20 ત્રિમાસિક હપ્તામાં કરવાની રહેશે.
આ લોન માટે અરજદાર પાસે સગવડ હોય તો અરજદાર લોન લીધા બાદ નિયત સમય કરતા પહેલાં પણ લોનની ભરપાઈ કરી શકે છે.

Eligibility:

The applicant must have a certificate of ethnicity.
Applicant age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 55 years.
Those who have annual income of Rs. 1,20,000 / – for rural area and Rs. 1,50,000 / – for urban area will get the benefit of this scheme.

Required Documents:

Certificate of Scheduled Tribes (Example of Competent Officer)
Copy of Ration Card of the applicant
Bank account passbook
Copy of Aadhaar card
Proof of property submitted by the applicant (building documents and property card which is recent and 7/12 and 8-A of land or without burden)
7-12 and 8-A of the guarantor-1 or documents and property card of the building
Government Approved Valuation Valuation Report on Property submitted by Zamindar-1
Government Approved Valuation Valuation Report on Property submitted by Zamindar-2
Bailiffs will have to submit affidavit affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.20 / -.

હવે તમને Home Page પર “Apply for Loan” નામનું બટન દેખાશે, જેના પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે.
બટન પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ “Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation” નામનું નવું Page ખૂલશે.
જેમાં તમારા દ્વારા પ્રથમ વખત જ “Loan Apply” કરતા હશો તો “Register Here” પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
હવે તમારે વ્યકિતગત ID બનાવવાનું રહેશે.
તમે પોતાનું વ્યક્તિગત પેજ લોગીન કર્યા બાદ “My Applications” માં “Apply Now” કરવાનું રહેશે.
Apply Now પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ ઘણી બધી યોજનાઓ ઓનલાઈન બતાવશે. જેમાં “Self Employment” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
હવે તમારા દ્વારા “Self Employment” પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી આપેલી શરતોને ધ્યાનપૂર્વક વાંચવાની રહેશે. જેને વાંચીને “Apply Now” ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
લાભાર્થીએ પોતાની Application Information ઓનલાઈન ભરતી વખતે અરજીની વિગતો, અરજદારની મિલકતની વિગતો, લોનની વિગતો, જામીનદારની વિગતો વગેરે નાખવાની રહેશે.
જેમાં યોજનાની પસંદગીમાં “તબેલા માટેની લોન યોજના” પસંદ કરીને તેની આગળની કોલમમાં લોનની રકમ ભરવાની રહેશે.તમે નક્કી કરેલા જામીનદારની મિલકતની વિગત, બેંક એકાઉન્‍ટની વિગત, અન્ય માંગ્યા મુજબના ડોક્યુમેંટ અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
તમામ વિગતો ઓનલાઈન ભર્યા બાદ ફરીથી એકવાર ચકાસણી કરીને એપ્લિકેશન સેવ કરવાની રહેશે.
Save કરેલી એપ્લિકેશનનો નંબર જનરેટ થશે. જેની પ્રિન્‍ટ લઈને સાચવી રાખવાની રહેશે.
તમે પોતાનું વ્યક્તિગત પેજ લોગીન કર્યા બાદ “My Applications” માં “Apply Now” કરવાનું રહેશે.
Apply Now પર ક્લિક કર્યા બાદ ઘણી બધી યોજનાઓ ઓનલાઈન બતાવશે. જેમાં “Self Employment” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
હવે તમારા દ્વારા “Self Employment” પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી આપેલી શરતોને ધ્યાનપૂર્વક વાંચવાની રહેશે. જેને વાંચીને “Apply Now” ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.

Tabela Loan Yojana Online Form Submission

Beneficiary will have to enter the details of the application, details of the property of the applicant, details of the loan, details of the guarantor etc. while filling his application information online.
In which the loan amount has to be paid in the next column by selecting “Loan Scheme for Stables” in the selection of scheme.

You have to upload the property details, bank account details, other required documents as you have decided.
After filling all the details online, the application has to be checked again and saved.
The number of saved application will be generated. Whose print must be taken and preserved.
